Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 20 May 2026

Article 1: Identification of the seller

The allyouprint.ch site is published by Logiteam Sagl, a limited liability company under Swiss law, with its registered office at Via Cantonale 2, 6917 Barbengo (TI), Switzerland. UID/VAT: CHE-462.608.744 VAT. Registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Ticino under number CH-501.4.016.354-4.

Article 2: Scope

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Logiteam Sagl and any customer (private individual or business) making a purchase on the allyouprint.ch site. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 3: Products and services

Logiteam Sagl offers a catalogue of personalised printed products, signage, textiles, promotional items and design services. Products are described with their essential characteristics on the product pages. Visuals are for illustrative purposes; the minor variations in colour or texture inherent to printing cannot be considered a defect.

Article 4: Orders

Any order is deemed firm and final upon validation of payment by the customer. The customer will receive a summary confirmation email. Logiteam Sagl reserves the right to refuse or suspend any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, a non-compliant file or a suspicion of fraud.

Article 5: Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (Swiss VAT included). Logiteam Sagl reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the new prices applying to orders placed after that change. Accepted payment methods are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT and bank transfer for business orders. Validated business accounts benefit from 30-day payment terms.

Article 6: Files and print approval

The customer is solely responsible for the quality and compliance of the file submitted for printing (resolution, colour profile, bleed, spelling, image usage rights). Logiteam Sagl may send a PDF proof before printing; the customer's express approval of this proof constitutes the print approval and engages their responsibility for the printed content.

Article 7: Lead times and delivery

Production and delivery times are given as an indication (see our delivery page). The countdown starts after our studio validates the customer's file. A delay in delivery cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or to compensation, except in the case of a specific contractual commitment set out in the quote.

Article 8: Receipt and complaints

The customer must check their order on receipt. Any complaint about an apparent defect, a printing fault or an error on our part must be notified by email to info@allyouprint.ch within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting photographs. After this period, the order will be deemed accepted without reservation.

Article 9: Right of withdrawal

As personalised printing is a made-to-order product produced at the customer's request, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items, in accordance with the Swiss legal provisions applicable to made-to-order contracts (article 40 CO). See our returns policy for details.

Article 10: Intellectual property

The customer warrants that they hold the intellectual property rights (copyright, neighbouring rights, trademark rights) or have obtained the necessary authorisations to use the content they submit to Logiteam Sagl. The customer indemnifies Logiteam Sagl against any third-party claim in this regard.

Article 11: Liability

Logiteam Sagl cannot be held liable in the event of a contractual breach attributable to the customer (non-compliant file, customer errors, approval of an incorrect proof), to the carrier (delay, loss or damage) or to a case of force majeure (strike, major weather event, pandemic, widespread outage).

Article 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Ticino (Lugano), after a prior attempt at amicable resolution.
