Returns and refunds

Personalised printing is by nature a made-to-order product: we print your file on your chosen stock, in your chosen quantity. As such, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items, in accordance with Swiss law (art. 40 CO and the rules applicable to made-to-order contracts).

When can you return your order?

Non-personalised products

If you order a non-personalised product from our catalogue (paper sample, swatch kit, certain standard merchandise), you have 14 days after receipt to return the product to us in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the error is ours.

Manufacturing defect

If your order has a visible printing defect (incorrect colour, faulty cutting, paper damaged during manufacturing), photograph the defect within 48 hours of receipt and send it to info@allyouprint.ch. We reprint and ship free of charge.

An error on our part

If the delivered order does not match your approved file (wrong file printed, incorrect quantity, non-compliant finish), we of course take 100% responsibility: reprint, free re-shipping, and compensation if the initial delivery caused a documentable delay.

Cases that do not qualify for a refund

• A file poorly prepared by you (low resolution, RGB instead of CMYK, fonts not embedded) if we alerted you and you approved it anyway.
• A spelling or layout error in the file you approved at the PDF proof stage.
• A choice of quantity, format or paper that you regret after printing.
• A deadline missed due to force majeure (carrier strike, major weather event).

How to proceed

1. Write to info@allyouprint.ch with your order number, photos of the problem and a description of the defect.
2. Our customer service replies within 24 business hours.
3. If we agree, we launch the reprint or refund within 5 business days.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Competent jurisdiction: the courts of the canton of Ticino (Lugano).
