For individuals

How do I place an order?

Choose your product from the catalogue, select the options (quantity, paper, finish), upload your file or pick one of our design packs. Confirm your cart, pay online (card or TWINT), and you are all set.

Which file formats do you accept?

Ideally a print-ready PDF at 300 dpi CMYK with 3 mm bleed. We also accept PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and INDD files, but we reserve the right to flag any technical issue with you before printing.

How long until I receive my order?

48h in Switzerland for express products (business cards, flyers, stationery), 5 working days for signage, textiles and swag. 4 to 6 working days for Europe.

Can I order a proof before production?

Yes. You always receive a PDF proof by email before printing. You have 48h to approve it or request changes.

What if my delivery arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the parcel and its contents and send it all to info@allyouprint.ch within 48h. We reprint and ship again free of charge.

For professionals

How do I activate a business account?

Create your standard customer account, then write to us with your UID/VAT number and company name. We activate your business account within 24 working hours. See our Professional space page.

What are the volume discounts?

Up to -15% from your 5th order within the calendar year. For orders above 2000 units, contact us for a tailored offer.

Do you offer payment at 30 days?

Yes for verified business accounts. A monthly summary invoice is sent at the end of the month, payment net 30 days.

Can we order in large quantities (5000+ units)?

Absolutely. For large volumes, request a tailored quote via our quote form. Our sales team gets back to you within 24 working hours.

Do you have an agency pricing grid?

Yes, for communication agencies that order regularly for their clients. Write to us at info@allyouprint.ch with the note “Agency”.
