Delivery

All our printed items are produced in our Swiss workshop and shipped from Switzerland. We work with specialist carriers who protect your printed items from dispatch to your door.

Turnaround

Switzerland

• Business cards, flyers, stationery, labels: turnaround shown in the configurator before you order.
• Brochures, books, magazines, calendars: 3 to 5 business days.
• Signage, textiles, goodies: 5 to 7 business days.
• Custom or high-volume production: turnaround stated in your quote.

Europe

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France and Italy: 4 to 6 business days.

Shipping costs

• Switzerland: CHF 7.00, free from CHF 100.00 per order.
• Europe: CHF 20.00 flat rate.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time.

Delivery to an event site

For signage orders intended for a trade show or event, we can deliver directly to the event venue on the date you require. Note this in your order comments or write to us at info@allyouprint.ch.

A problem with your delivery?

If your parcel arrives damaged or with a visible defect, take a photo within 48h of receipt and send it all to us at info@allyouprint.ch. We reprint and reship free of charge.
