Formats and options

• Flexfit® caps: Snapback, Curved Classic Snapback, Recycled Polyester Cap or 6-panel without a closure, in one size or from S-M to L-XXL.
• Beechfield snapback caps: Cotton Caps, Dad Caps, Low Profile Vintage, cord or suede-look, one size with a stepless adjustable metal closure.
• Beechfield trucker caps: five versions with mesh at the back, including suede-look, 5-panel, organic cotton and microknit.
• Atlantis® caps: from the single-panel Snap Cap One to the classic baseball cap, in numerous base colours.
• Promotional caps: six versions, including the jockey cap with an elastic band and the promo cap with a snapback, in 100% cotton.
• Sustainable caps and Impact AWARE™: made from recycled polyester with mesh or laser-cut vents, or produced with reduced water use.
• Flexfit® Organic Cotton caps: three models in organic cotton, in black, white or navy.

Materials and finishing

Embroidery looks elegant: logos and lettering are embroidered on the front, back or side, with a particularly raised look as 3D embroidery on the front. Atlantis® allows up to 12 thread colours to Pantone C. Digital transfer printing in CMYK suits photos and gradients, screen printing suits simple logos, up to four colours on the Impact AWARE™. The print area usually measures 10 x 5 cm on the front, up to 10 x 3 cm on the back and 5 x 3 cm on the side. Depending on the model, caps are made from cotton, organic cotton, polyester, recycled polyester or a mix with elastane.

Delivery times and shipping in Switzerland

You put together model, colour, finishing and quantity in the configurator, and the price in CHF appears immediately. Delivery times are shown before you order, with delivery to Zurich, Bern, Lucerne and the whole of Switzerland. Your file is checked before production; for embroidery and screen printing, a vector logo gives the best result. If you are planning caps for the outdoor season, order with some lead time.

Who caps are for

• Clubs and sports events: caps with a club crest for tournaments, charity tournaments, cycling races and running events, as merchandise or for helpers.
• Companies and hospitality: embroidered caps as part of the workwear for a food truck, a beer garden or a building site, and as a gift at the summer party.
• Outdoor celebrations: festivals, company outings, hikes, stag and hen parties and summer weddings.

For the cold season, our beanies complete your range with the same logo. And to outfit a whole team, combine the caps with matching t-shirts.

Embroidery or print: what suits my cap?

Embroidery looks premium and has a raised texture, especially as 3D embroidery, and suits logos with clear shapes. For photos, fine gradients or many colours, digital transfer printing is the better choice. Our guide printing or embroidering textiles compares each method in more detail.

Can I have caps embroidered from 1 piece?

Yes, for example the Beechfield Snapback and Trucker caps and the Atlantis® caps. Promotional caps are available from 25 pieces. For larger quantities, the configurator shows you the price per quantity.

What sizes do the caps come in?

Most models come in one size with a snap, hook-and-loop or metal closure. Some Flexfit® caps are available in sizes from S-M to L-XXL.
