Description

Thinsulate fibres are much finer than conventional polyester fibres. That is why the fibres, only 15 micrometres thick, can be woven much more densely. And as with all insulating materials, less space between the fibres means less heat loss, while moisture can be wicked away. If your employees spend a lot of time outdoors in the cold season, you make their everyday life easier with these beanies. Your logo, of course, you have embroidered over a large area on the turn-up or applied as a fine patch.

Frequently asked questions: Beanies Thinsulate

What size and colours do the Thinsulate beanies come in?

The beanies come in one size and in numerous base colours, for example black, navy, anthracite, olive, barolo, red or neon yellow. You can add a contrasting hem colour such as white, light grey or royal blue. Please note that colours on your screen may differ from those of the delivered goods.

Why does a Thinsulate beanie keep you so warm in the cold season?

Thinsulate fibres are only 15 micrometres thick, much finer than conventional polyester fibres, so they can be woven more densely. Less space between the fibres means less heat loss, while moisture can be wicked away. Insulating and breathable, the beanie suits employees who spend a lot of time outdoors when it is cold.

Can I order just one embroidered beanie with my logo?

Yes, the Thinsulate beanies are available from 1 piece, for example to check a sample before equipping your whole team. The price in CHF, including VAT, is shown straight away in the configurator for every quantity. The delivery time is displayed before you order, and we deliver throughout Switzerland.

How do I prepare my logo for embroidery on a beanie?

The embroidery on the turn-up covers an area of 10 x 5 cm and can use up to 12 thread colours. Download the print template from the product page (in German and French) and send your logo as a PDF, TIFF or JPEG at 300 dpi. Our prepress team checks your file before production.

Embroidery or patch: which finish suits my beanie best?

Your logo can be embroidered over a large area of the turn-up or applied as a patch. Patches come in cork, faux leather in black, brown or beige, sublimation or PVC, printed or engraved, in 4 x 4 cm or 6 x 3 cm. A patch adds a refined touch, while embroidery gives your logo a large surface.
