• Page counts in fours: a saddle-stitched programme always has 8, 12, 16 or more pages, in multiples of four. Plan the content accordingly; a spare page can thank your sponsors.
• Posters readable from a distance: title, date, time and place in large type. Print a test on A4 and look at it from a few steps away: whatever is hard to read needs to be bigger.

How do we collect sizes for class T-shirts?

With a simple list: name, style (kids or unisex) and size. If in doubt, go one size up, and remember teachers and accompanying adults. Only order once the list is complete.

Can pupils draw the design themselves?

Yes. Draw with strong colours on white paper and scan the original at high resolution. The print templates page shows how a print file is built; our design service can handle the rest if you wish.

When should we order for camp or graduation?

Work backwards from the date: design finished, sizes collected, file checked, then production and delivery. The delivery time is shown before you order. Allow extra time for corrections, especially if several classes order together.
